Wide and bright apartment in Estrela - one of Lisbon's most emblematic neighbourhoods. Surrounded by foreign embassies and fancy restaurants, it's just a few steps away from the Tagus River and within walking distance of Lisbon's city center. Here, you will find some of the best museums and historical monuments, including the emblematic Museu de Arte Antiga, the Estrela Garden and the Portuguese Parliament. There is also easy access to public transportation, including the famous 28 tram! Building The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a building with two elevators and receives plenty of natural light during the day. Located in one of Lisbon's most historic neighbourhoods, the apartment provides a high quality experience and is ideal for couples, families or small groups of friends. Bedrooms The apartment has two suites, one with a comfortable double bed and the other with a single bed and desk. Bathrooms The apartment has two full bathrooms and one service bathroom. Living room The living room features a flat screen TV, a comfortable sofa, and a large dining table. Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, iron, microwave, and coffee maker (coffee not included). Additional Info: City Tax will also be charged in the amount of 2 per night per person. This Tax will only be applied for the first 7 nights. The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. Check-in time starts from 15:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25 for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. Never leave them inside the lock or in the mailbox. Be aware that in case of loss or damage of the keys (or lock), a penalty fee will be applied.
