It comes with a wide bed, two bedside tables, a desk with chair, bookshelf, and wardrobe. The room is lockable. The apartment: The apartment is 150 sqm and has seven rooms, so you can easily make friends and explore the beautiful city. It is located on the top floor and has a large terrace available to the residents. In the apartment, there is a shared area with a small kitchen equipped with a fridge, microwave, kettle, and toaster. The apartment has a bathroom with a bathtub as well as a toilet with a sink. Additionally, a washing machine and a dryer are available to our residents. Location: The house is located in Vienna's 4th district, and due to its central location, it is a dream place for students, especially exchange students. The location of the house is particularly attractive: it is near the main train station. Excellent infrastructure due to the very short distance to the main train station with various public transport lines and numerous everyday shops. There is also a supermarket in the main station that is open on Sundays. All grocery stores like Spar, Billa, Hofer, Bipa are just a few minutes from the apartment, as well as various cafés and restaurants. Cleaning: Every week, our cleaning staff cleans the kitchen, bathroom, toilet, and hallways to ensure that the apartment stays in a clean and tidy condition. Rules: No shoes in the apartment. After using the shared spaces and items, please leave everything clean, especially the kitchen and kitchen utensils. Rent: The monthly rent includes the utilities.
