When you enter the room, you enter a small hallway from which you can access the bathroom and bedroom. The bedroom and living room has a comfortable single bed, a table with two chairs and a desk with a desk chair. There is also a small fridge and a storage space for personal belongings. The large window gives a lot of daylight. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, a heater on which you can hang your towels, a large washbasin with a mirror above and a toilet. Outside the room there are common lounges for exciting game evenings and a large shared kitchen. There is also a shared laundry room and a bicycle cellar. WLAN is available throughout the house and is included in the price. The home is located in the 17th district of Hernals and can be reached, e.g. from the University of Vienna, in less than 15 minutes by tram 43/44 from Schottentor. In the immediate vicinity there are shopping facilities of all kinds, cafes, bars and restaurants as well as various cultural offers and the underground station U6 Alserstrasse is only 500m away on foot.
