The kitchen is fully equipped with all devices and essentials you need. The highlight are the cooking island with attached dining table which can be also used as bar. The building and the garden is very well maintained and we look for quiet and nice tenants as everybody knows each other in this builiding. The location of the apartment is very close to the metro station "Enkplatz" (15 min to get to city centre). If you need parking we can assist as there are garages close by. Be aware: the apartment is on top floor (5th floor). Building has no elevator. So this apartment is not recommended for people with walking disabilities or babies. For longer stays (over 3 months) a higher deposit applies and utilties will be charged separately.
