Medium-term and winter stays in Albufeira — a practical studio+ with a separate sleeping area for weeks or months, not a short holiday rental. Utilities (water and electricity) and Wi-Fi are included for normal use under the Flatio contract (all-inclusive up to 15% of the rent). Any excess above that contractual limit may be charged only with documented consumption. Wi-Fi is always included for normal use. Weekly maintenance cleaning is included for every booking length, with bed linen and towel changes and replenishment of standard supplies. It is not a daily hotel service. It excludes piled dishes, organising personal belongings, excessive dirt, and extraordinary cleaning. High-speed UZO internet. Previous Wi-Fi speed tests have typically been around 300–400 Mbps. Actual speeds may vary depending on the device and Wi-Fi conditions. Air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, balcony, washing machine, and a large dining table suitable for laptop work make longer stays comfortable. Longer stays (90+ and 180+ days) are priced at clearly lower monthly rates — see the live price on Flatio for your dates. Magna Ivy is in the Vila Magna complex near Oura and the Bullring, with shops, restaurants and services nearby. Seasonal pool subject to condominium rules. Private parking only if confirmed in advance — not guaranteed with the booking. Welcome package Upon arrival, the apartment will be prepared with clean bed linen and towels. We also provide a small welcome set with water, coffee capsules, toilet paper and essential personal hygiene products, including shampoo and shower gel. A selection of basic kitchen and bathroom supplies will also be available to make the first days of your stay more convenient. For all stays, these standard supplies are replenished during the weekly maintenance cleaning, together with the change of bed linen and towels.
