-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Live, sleep and simply unwind The living and sleeping area impresses with its 3.40 m high ceilings and beautiful stucco details, beautifully highlighted by the pink chandelier. The large double-glazed box window overlooking the quiet courtyard fills the room with plenty of natural light. In the comfortable double bed, you might find yourself unable to decide: read the newspaper, or watch the latest Netflix series on the large Wi-Fi-enabled TV? Or simply switch off, relax and enjoy the view of the large maple tree in the courtyard. The cosy seating area with two velvet armchairs and a small gold table completes the room. For your clothes, there is a chest of drawers and two large clothes rails – plenty of storage space even for a longer stay. The open-plan kitchen and dining area offers enough space for dinner with friends. And at the weekend, why not enjoy breakfast on the sofa for a change? The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, double sink and 8 kg washing machine. Crockery, pots, pans and everything else you need for cooking are, of course, provided. The bathroom is small and functional, but comes with a bathtub – perfect for taking the edge off a cold Berlin winter and enjoying a relaxing soak.
