While the room doesn't have natural light, it's thoughtfully connected to the bathroom with a bathtub, allowing for a calm and restful experience. - Bathroom The bathroom area is designed for privacy and comfort. The sink and bathtub are located in one section, offering a spacious area for relaxation, while the toilet and additional sink are conveniently located in a separate space, ensuring both practicality and privacy. What You Should Know - No elevator: The apartment is on the third floor, accessible by steep wooden stairs, which may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility. - Interior bedroom: While the bedroom is interior and without natural light, it provides a calm and quiet atmosphere for restful sleep. - Compact but complete: This apartment is not luxurious but offers all the essential comforts for an enjoyable stay in Porto, balancing historical charm with modern functionality. - Soundproofing: Due to the building's age, sound insulation isn't perfect - occasional street or neighbor noise may be heard. We believe it's a small trade-off for staying in a place with such genuine character. Additional Information: The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. Check-in time starts from 17:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25 for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied. Monthly utility bills exceeding 150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
