Apartamento duplex situado numa das ruas mais antigas do centro histórico de Abrantes e com uma vista desafogada para a rua e praceta. O apartamento resulta da reabilitação de uma casa de pedra antiga, e teve como princípio o uso de materiais e técnicas tradicionais, aliados a um desenho contemporâneo e funcional dos espaços, procurando o conforto dos materiais naturais com uma estética moderna e acolhedora. A casa está a 5 minutos a pé do Castelo, do Museu Ibérico de Arqueologia e Arte (MIAA), da biblioteca Municipal e dos vários comércios locais, cafés, restaurantes e mini-mercados. A rua é tranquila e tem estacionamento gratuito. A sala e a cozinha partilham um espaço aberto e amplo. A cozinha, de linhas modernas e funcionais, tem uma mesa cómoda para 4 pessoas e está totalmente equipada com placa de indução, forno, micro-ondas, máquina de lavar loiça, máquina de café, torradeira, e chaleira eléctrica. A sala tem um sofá chaise longue de 3 lugares, mesa de centro e uma mesa com 4 cadeiras, onde pode comer ou tomar café junto à janela. A casa de banho encontra-se na entrada do apartamento, junto com a sala e cozinha, e tem um chuveiro, sanita e bidé, e lavatório com espelho. No chuveiro estão à disposição champô e gel duche. No piso superior estão os quartos. O quarto principal tem um pequeno roupeiro, uma mesinha com duas cadeiras e uma cama com 150 cm de largura. Há espaço para um berço de viagem em caso de necessidade. Este quarto tem uma pequena varanda. O quarto pequeno tem um pequeno roupeiro, um beliche com camas de 90 cm x 200 cm, e a iluminação/ventilação é feita através de uma janela de sótão (tipo Velux). Apesar de pequeno, é um quarto agradável, com muita luz. A casa, que se divide em dois apartamentos, tem um espaço de entrada comum com dois sofás, e uma lavandaria com máquina de lavar e secar. O apartamento tem uma smart Tv, box de televisão, wi-fi, aquecimento/arrefecimento central. Em todos os espaços é interdito de fumar. Se a sua estadia for superior a uma semana, terá incluído no preço uma limpeza expedita e uma mudança de lençóis e toalhas por semana. A limpeza não inclui a lavagem de loiça. Todo o centro histórico é facilmente percorrido a pé desde a casa. O transporte público dentro da área urbana e centro histórico é efectuado por um mini-bus (aBUSa), que circula nos dias úteis, entre as 8h30 e as 17h30, e sábados até às 13h. O serviço é gratuito mas é necessário o pedido de um cartão com o custo de 5€. Abrantes tem duas estações ferroviárias a 5 minutos de carro do centro (Rossio ao Sul do Tejo e Alferrarede) e transportes rodoviários para vários destinos. No entanto, para visitar lugares específicos na região, é aconselhável o aluguer de um carro. The apartment is the result of the rehabilitation of an old stone house, and its principle was the use of traditional materials and techniques, combined with a contemporary and functional design of the spaces, seeking the comfort of natural materials with a modern and welcoming aesthetic. The house is a 5-minute walk from the Castle, the Iberian Museum of Archeology and Art (MIAA), the Municipal library and various local shops, cafes, restaurants and mini-markets. The street is quiet and has free parking. The living room and kitchen share an open and spacious space. The kitchen, with modern and functional lines, has a comfortable table for 4 people and is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, and electric kettle. The living room has a 3-seater chaise longue sofa, coffee table and a table with 4 chairs, where you can eat or drink coffee next to the window. The bathroom is at the entrance to the apartment, along with the living room and kitchen, and has a shower, toilet and bidet, and a sink with mirror. Shampoo and shower gel are available in the shower. Upstairs are the bedrooms. The master bedroom has a small wardrobe, a small table with two chairs and a 150 cm wide bed. There is space for a travel cot if necessary. This room has a small balcony. The small bedroom has a small wardrobe, a bunk bed with 90 cm x 200 cm beds, and lighting/ventilation is provided through a roof window (Velux type). Despite being small, it is a pleasant room, with lots of light. The house, which is divided into two apartments, has a common entrance space with two sofas, and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. The apartment has a smart TV, television box, wi-fi, central heating/cooling. Smoking is prohibited in all spaces. If your stay is longer than a week, an expedited cleaning and a change of sheets and towels per week will be included in the price. Cleaning does not include dishwashing. The entire historic center is easily walkable from the house. Public transport within the urban area and historic center is provided by minibuses (aBUSa), which runs on weekdays, between 8:30 am and 5:30 pm, and on Saturdays until 1 pm. The service is free but you need to request a card at a cost of €5. Abrantes has two train stations a 5-minute drive from the center (Rossio ao Sul do Tejo and Alferrarede) and road transport to various destinations. However, to visit specific places in the region, it is advisable to rent a car. Welcome package When you arrive at the apartment you can always count on a pack of kitchen essentials: locally produced olive oil, sugar, salt, teas and coffee capsules. On request, we can also provide baskets of organic or locally produced vegetables weekly.
