We are located in 'Wedding', which has become one of the trendiest areas in Berlin, throughout recent years. Furthermore, due to its central location, all other exciting parts of Berlin can easily be reached by public transportation, with U6 and U9 lines arriving at the Leopoldplatz (2-mintue walk) on a regular basis. The newly developed building complex was designed with six floors and a communal garden, and is located in the immediate vicinity of the University of Applied Sciences. Overview The room can be let out only for students and interns. People doing PhD can also apply. The flat was developed as a shared apartment concept. The individual rooms in the student residence are rented out with the following amenities: - Fully furnished (Bed 90x200 bed lamp with USB connection) - Bed without blankets or bedspreads. - Desk, Chair, Lamp - Closet - Magnetic bar for documents - Internet connection - Fully fitted kitchen without any utensils.. No Utensils are included. No vacuum cleaner is included. The apartment has a brand new white lacquered kitchen, and all you need to cook both gastronomic and on-the-go meals. It has Limoges dishes, fine glasses, good cutlery and sharp cooking knives. Each room offers a single bed and (a) roomy closet(s). Laundry is a snap with a all-in-one washer-dryer. Getting downtown is easy with many public transport connections, and the apartment is only a ten- minute walk from the Adlershof S-Bahn station. But if you are in academic you may not even need to travel: Adlershof is known for its university institutes (Humboldt) and the HTW (Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft). If you book this apartment, the following rules apply: If your booking start date is between the 1st to the 15th of the month, the full month rent is due. If your booking start date is between the 16th and the last day of the month, the second half month rent is due. If your end date of booking is between the 1st to the 15th of the month, the first half month rent is due. If your end date of booking is between the 16th and the last day of the month, the second half month rent is due. Smoking is not permitted. Please Note: The rental deposit is two month's rent.
