We are looking for mature, respectful and clean individuals with simple cooking needs. Food with strong odor cannot be cooked in the kitchen and must be cooked on the side burner of the BBQ on the deck. Tenants are expected to clean up the kitchen and countertop after each use. No guests, party, drinking or smoking allowed at the house. You will be sharing the space with the landlord, who loves clean living, working out, gardening and baking. She prefers females between the age of 18 and 50 who are students or employed and in good health. Her husband and son visit Calgary from time to time. The son is attending university in Ontario on a coop program. Tenants are expected to keep their rooms and bathrooms clean, and help with snow shovelling in winter on the front sidewalk (25 ft) and pathway to the front entrance of the house (which is the entrance for tenants).Rent includes all utilities.
