Live in a decent, quiet and upscale neighborhood next to green space parks (Griffith Woods. North Glenmore Park, etc.) with lots of trails for biking and walking. It is close to a lot of amenities and good access to Banff and the Rockies. It is also close to Mount Royal university and University of Calgary. Check it out yourself! This suite has a separate furnace and thermostat. Shared utilities. It's heavily soundproofed. The entire floor, made up of high-end luxury vinyl plank, is on a "thermashield" subfloor to keep it warm. The ceiling is 9th height and there are numerous huge windows to keep it bright and lively. This suite was developed with owner's pride, not initially intended for renting. The appliances are top notch. You will find more space and class here than in most of the newly built house or apartments these days. As shown in the pictures, you have a patio to yourself.
