Are you a single woman tired of living alone? Me too! I'm looking forward to finding a high vibe group of 3 to share a fun but peaceful home. I'd like to travel but not leave my home unattended, I'd like help with the expenses for said travelling and very much want companionship in my daily life. I have an executive home in NW Airdrie. Unlike a typical rent-a-room situation, I am looking for like minded women age 50-65 wanting a "home" vs a room. Applicants will be asked to complete logistical and lifestyle assessments to ensure a good match for long term compatibility. Common spaces include a chef's kitchen, office/desk area, and tv/lounge on main floor. The second floor offers a tv/lounge/games room and a craft room. There's garage storage for all your extras, a south facing back yard (for the gardeners!) and on street parking. There are 2 bedrooms up (1 optionally furnished) sharing a bath ($900 each), and a larger suite of 2 rooms with private full bath (furnished $1300) downstairs.
