We are looking to rent our renovated basement suite to a single occupant, someone who doesn't work from home, is a non smoker, is clean and quiet and has no pets. We have 625 sq.ft. of a fully furnished suite stocked with towels, linens, pots and pans, cutlery, dishes and small appliances. The large bedroom has a queen size bed with 2 shelving units for extra storage. An egress window was newly installed along with a hard wired smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector, both inspected and approved by a city of Calgary inspector. The eating area has a table with chairs, a storage cabinet for food and a brand new fridge with freezer. The oversized living room has 2 couches with a good size tv and the gas fireplace heats all rooms comfortably. The private bath has a shower but no bath tub. The kitchenette has a huge sink, new upper and lower cabinets and your own washer and dryer. A Kalorik convection/air fryer and 2 electric burners are for your use. You just need your clothes and food to move in.We will share the front entrance. There are 2 bus stops outside our back gate. Two grocery stores are a 2 minute drive or a 15 minute walk away. We are in the SE close to Fish Creek Provincial Park. Parking is in our driveway.Monthly rent of $1200 includes utilities, cable and Wifi, one month damage deposit is required.
