This is the perfect rental for someone who doesn't mind roommates, but doesn't really want roommates! :) That is because this newly renovated suite shares an entrance with the family upstairs, so if we are home when you come in, then we get to say hello, but at all other times, you have complete privacy and you always have the entire suite to yourself/selves. The roomy suite has two large bedrooms with large closets, and both have soundproofing/abatement to minimize noise from upstairs. Other renovation upgrades include new carpet, new sinks/faucets, and new light fixtures. (There are no fluorescent fixtures any more). It also features a private laundry, a den/TV room, a dining nook, and a full bath (newly renovated) and kitchen. Previous tenants have loved how open and bright it is. We are handily located close to Whyte Ave, 5-10 minute bus ride to the U of A, and there is also a direct bus to MacEwan University. Excellent space for serious students - quiet neighbours. Plenty of street parking (one garage space available for an additional fee).
