Three bedroom home in the heart of the Mill Creek area of Strathcona. Very close to Tubby Bateman Park (just down the street!), and right around the corner from a great cafe (The Colombian), bar (Franks!), local bookstore (Porchlight), and local ice cream (Made by Marcus). Hard to beat this neighborhood; it's so walkable and high on charm! Also extremely kid-friendly.The whole first floor is yours; we have a friendly basement tenant whose sound footprint is very low! Laundry access is in the basement; other than that, your contact would be minimal.For someone who works from home, there's also the possibility of renting a beautiful office room in the basement --one that's separate from the rental suite. But as you can see from the photos, the smallest of the three bedrooms can also work well as an office (we've set up both ways -- with a desk sometimes, othertimes with a single bed). We prefer to rent the place furnished but would be open to removing furniture for the right person/a good fit. The move-in date is flexible, and so is the length of stay. We checked "dog friendly" but in truth it really depends on the dog.
