The house is located in the quiet NW community of Thorncliffe, is one block from a bus stop (20) and is walking distance to FreshCo and other stores. Street parking is available for one vehicle. You must be pet friendly as there is a small senior dog and a senior cat living in the house, sorry but no other pets will be allowed. We are a low key household without a lot of comings and goings, which is how we would like to keep it. This is a 420 friendly household and one person smokes cigarettes, if this is offensive to you then please do not apply. Smoking and vaping are allowed outside only!!!
