The home is conveniently located in SE Airdrie right off Main Street and provides quick access to Calgary and close to all major amenities. Rent includes utilities, internet and some streaming providers. Private bedroom and bathroom (bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished depending on needs). Central air conditioning to keep you cool as well.$1000/month. $500 DD. Shared kitchen, laundry and living areas (2). Access to off street parking, parking pad for a small trailer, storage and a commercial quality gym. Important notes: No smoking, vaping or drugs on the premises. Room is available October 1st but some flexibility could be offered depending on timelines.
