This home is on a quiet street right across from beautiful Bowness Park. You can enjoy the local trails, walks down to the river, and skating on the lagoon during the winter months. I am looking for a quiet renter who will be respectful of the neighbors and who will enjoy the beautiful yard. Relax on the back deck next to an outdoor fireplace, with free use of an included smoker and propane barbeque. The kitchen appliances are all very nice, including a brand new fridge, microwave, and a dishwasher that makes perfectly clean dishes even if you don't pre-rinse anything. The bedroom is in a quiet corner of the house with blackout curtains.Utilities come included in the price of renting the home! The home has a high efficiency furnace, and a large high efficiency hot water tank for those unlimited hot showers. Internet will be your responsibility. The second bedroom has a a triple-pane sliding patio door that keeps you warm and cozy even during the winter months. The den is a nice space to set up a computer by the window, and the lounge room is open and spacious for relaxing. The bathroom feels open and spacious with a beautiful rain shower and large mirrored cabinet. The basement has carpet tile floors and can be used as a nice private office or a place for your hobbies. See photos of some included furniture in the basement that can be used as a lounge space. The backyard has a small garden space and some fruit trees, a beautiful lawn, and a ground level deck with an outdoor wood burning stove. A storage shed is included for the tenants and comes with a lawn mower. There is no garage included with this property as the landlord is using it for storage.NOTE: The video walkthrough was taken 3 years ago, the "optionally included" bed it no longer available. Please contact me by email for more information.
