This 3-bedroom art deco house is perfectly situated to benefit from the magnificent views over the limestone gorge and its river access. Just a 10 minute walk into the beautiful mediaeval village where there are shops, schools, bars, restaurants and activities throughout the year.
Sympathetically restored throughout, to provide a fresh contemporary feel. Several terraces to enjoy or shelter from the sun and a superb pool deck. The salt system pool is simple to maintain and is serviced annually. A Norwegian spa with its woodburner is the perfect place to unwind.
The property comes with a long outbuilding with pool control room and garden storage as well as a garage. There is a lawn leading down to the river edge, ideal for barbecues, canoeing (with its own access to the river) camping and fishing. Additional nearby woodland is used for cutting firewood.
With no neighbours you can enjoy the seclusion and with fibre optic connection you can run your home business. This is a MUST SEE for anyone planning their new lives in rural France!
