It has a nice fenced backyard with a fire pit. There is a ton of street parking available as well as some parking in the back. Laundry is shared with the downstairs tenants. The whole place is furnished as I have all my stuff in the place so all you need is stuff for your room! This place is located just north of the Yellowhead and about a 5 minute drive from Northgate About me: I am a single 21 year old who works full time, I have my two cats (Kiwi and Cali). I dont really party but I do have people over occasionally. In my spare time I like to crochet and watch movies so I am a pretty easy going person. What I am looking for: I am looking for a roommate who is around the same age as me, who is working full time or if not working fulltime able to pay their full portion of rent every month.
