Buses 741, 742, 744 stop nearby; S‐/U‐station Schönefeld is a 10–15 minute walk. - Typical travel times: Humboldt University (HU) ~30 min; University of Applied Sciences (HTW) ~45 min depending on connections. - Nearby: supermarket, bakery, two restaurants, parks and fitness center.
