THE ROOM Our shared apartment consists of four comfortable shared rooms. The offered room No. 2 has a large window with thick curtains, a sturdy single bed, a desk with a chair and a large wardrobe with a mirror. In your shared room there is also a small tea kitchen / pantry kitchen (without water / sewage connection) with a refrigerator and two hotplates. The apartment has a bathroom with a shower/bathtub and a toilet, which you share with three other residents. There is no washing machine in the apartment. There is a launderette in the immediate vicinity (approx. 450 m). THE LOCATION The shared apartment is located in a small apartment building in Hamburg Horn. From here you can easily reach everything by train or bike. Next bus stop "Querkamp" in approx. 150 m. Next U/S train "Horner Rennbahn" in approx. 650 m. Next launderette in approx. 500 m. Next supermarket in approx. 250 m. Next "Kebab" in approx. 100 m. Next airport "Hamburg Airport" in approx. 11 km. THE APARTMENT LIFE Living together in a shared apartment is very informal and discreet. Theoretically, everyone can be alone since they only share the bathroom and the hallway. There is no kitchen in the apartment. Joint activities are very welcome. But there is no compulsion. Cleaning in the shared apartment is easily regulated. Everyone is responsible for their own room. There is a cleaning plan for the hallway and bathroom. WiFi is available. MISCELLANEOUS Your gender, your origin or your age don't matter at all. It is much more important that you are a nice, uncomplicated, tidy and considerate person. If you fulfill that, then you will fit in very well in this small shared apartment. IMPORTANT: Our offer is just a small room for sleeping, relaxing and studying, including a shared bathroom. There is no shared kitchen in the apartment.
