1 bedroom shared living/flatmate for rent

Hi everyone, Our house is located in a lovely and tranquil neighborhood with excellent transportation options. We currently have a spacious, modern spare room with a private kitchen available for rent. We are a family with a 3-year-old child. Please note that while she may occasionally make some noise, we ensure it's minimal. However, we want to ensure that you're comfortable and aware of this. Location: 3 minutes walking distance to S-Bahn Altglienicke (S45 and S9), with a 30-minute ride to Alexanderplatz (Alexdraplatz). Amenities: 24-hour air ventilation system, fully furnished, hot/cold air conditioning, Anmeldung available. Bathroom: We have our own bathroom, but we will use the one available for you because it houses the washing machine and dryer. Otherwise, this bathroom will be exclusively for your use.
