The apartment is a well-kept residential building from 1900. It consists of a total of 5 rooms, a large kitchen-living room, hallway, bathroom and separate toilet. A small balcony leads off the kitchen-living room towards the inner courtyard. All rooms, as well as the kitchen and bathroom, are fully furnished, the beds have mattresses and complete bedding, the rooms are ready to move in: all you need to bring is your toothbrush! The rooms are offered "all inclusive", i.e. all additional costs are included in the rent, as is a very fast internet connection. In addition, a cleaning lady comes every 4 weeks to clean the common rooms (kitchen, bathroom, hallway). Nothing should stand in the way of lasting shared peace. :)
