Studio flat for rent

Hi guys, This is a fully furnished flat with a comfortable bed, a desk with chair and a wardrobe for your clothes. The apprtement is equipped with washing machine, cooking utensils and all you need for your daily living. Anmeldung/ Registration is possible. The monthly rent price is all inclusive (rent + heating + water + Internet). Our minimum contract period is 2 months. Please note that there is an additional service fee of 150,00 that has to be paid via bank transfer prior to move-in plus the deposit of 1500, which needs to be paid before moving in via bank transfer in a single payment. Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore, exchanging contact details and offering viewings is not possible before the booking.
