We are renting out our bright, modern renovated apartment for the period from January until the end of May 2026 (about 5 months). An extension is possible by arrangement. The apartment (approx. 65 m2, 1st floor) has two rooms a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom. Everything is completely furnished, including comfortable beds, a washing machine, fast Wi-Fi, TV, and a balcony with evening sun. You'll have your own private unit that can be securely locked with a key. There are neighbors on the ground floor and upper floor, but of course, the apartment is entirely for your use. We're looking for up to 2 people who would like to use our apartment during this period. It's ideal for anyone seeking a quiet, well-maintained temporary home with full amenities. A parking space is available, and there's also a bus stop within a 7-minute walk. Rent includes Wi-Fi and heating. Water and electricity are charged based on consumption. The security deposit is 1,000 euros.
