Spread over two floors, the apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a comfortable double bed (1.50 m) in the bedroom. The living area also has a pull-out sofa bed (1.50 m) with a modern TV and a private bathroom with shower, so you can feel right at home. In case of dirty laundry, you have the possibility to wash your clothes in your own washing machine in the room. Therefore your apartment offers everything you need for a stay with us. Included in the price is mandatory weekly cleaning. Please note that we charge an extra 20% of the monthly rent for additional guests. We do not offer apartment viewings on site.
