Located on the first floor, the apartment has a spacious living room, with dining area. French windows lead to the lovely covered terrace, with outdoor dining and offering views through the archways to the delightful gardens and walkways of the charming well established urbanisation.
There are two lovely bedrooms, the master with double bed and en-suite bathroom, and a guest, twin-bedded room with a further bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the property offers wi-fi, and a central air-conditioning system. There is a community pool, surrounded by gardens and sunbathing area. The parking is off road. Throughout the complex, there are ponds and fountains scattered amongst the pretty gardens.
Within the extensive development is an excellent Spanish supermarket, and a restaurant. With nearby Aloha, offering several bars and restaurants, and Puerto Banus equally closeby, with a plethora of world famous International haute couture shopping, the location could not be more perfect. Visitors looking to explore the area can enjoy the local and/or International cuisine, or take a cruise on a sailing boat or motor boat, to explore the Mediterranean, with amazing views to nearby Morocco, Algeria and Tunisia, not forgetting Gibraltar, and possibly even see schools of dolphins.
Marbella old town is a mere 15 minutes drive away, offering charming cobbled streets and a good selection of great shops, bars and restaurants.
