Welcome to Nido Cálido Dénia — our cosy retreat under the Spanish sun in beautiful Dénia. We have furnished this modern yet homely apartment with great care and attention. From the very beginning, we wanted to create a place where you don’t just spend your holiday, but where you truly feel at home. Light, tranquillity, comfort and atmosphere — everything comes together to help you relax. The apartment was completed in March 2025 and built to the latest sustainable standards (energy rating AA). That means: modern comfort with an eye to the future. You have two spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms and two toilets — ideal for families, couples or longer stays. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for cosy dinners at home, whilst air conditioning and underfloor heating in all rooms ensure a perfect indoor climate, whatever the season. Outside, you can enjoy a lovely balcony with morning sun to wake up peacefully with a cup of coffee, and pleasant shade from midday onwards — so you can stay comfortably outside even on hot days, without the sun driving you indoors. In the garden, you’ll find everything for young and old: a lovely spot to relax, play and cool off by the pool.
