A unique home in the heart of Santanyí Our apartment is located in the historic centre of Santanyí, one of the most charming villages in southeast Mallorca. The house dates back to around 1920 and has retained much of its original character and atmosphere. We have tried to preserve the feeling of a traditional Mallorcan home while making it comfortable and welcoming for guests today. What makes the house special is its location. Everything that makes Santanyí so enjoyable is right on the doorstep: the famous weekly market, small local shops, cafés, restaurants and the beautiful streets of the old town. At the same time, some of Mallorca’s most beautiful coves and beaches, including Cala Santanyí and Cala Llombards, are only a short drive away. We particularly love the combination of village life and the possibility of enjoying the Mediterranean coast. Guests can have breakfast at home, walk to the market, spend the afternoon at the beach and return to the village for dinner — without needing to stay in a large resort or tourist complex. The apartment has two bedrooms and accommodates up to four guests. It is designed for people who appreciate authentic surroundings, character and a more personal experience of Mallorca. We have been renting the apartment successfully for several years and have received excellent feedback from our guests. The apartment is fully equipped and also features a workspace with two desks in a quiet study. It is the perfect space for those looking to spend some time—whether for leisure, work, or otherwise—in a quiet, cozy, and unique home. I handle everything myself (as the owner). In addition to including all expenses in the price, cleaning and a change of linens every 15 days are also included.
