1 bedroom shared living/flatmate for rent

Overview

I live near the centre of Murcia and at 5 minutes walking from the bus station, 7 minutes from the cathedral and 13 minutes from the University of Merced. It is plenty of shops nearby. The bedroom is spacious and you have a little balcony as well. You can bring plenty of clothes as the wardrobe is big and you will have your own mini toilet so we do not have to share it as I will use the other one. I will clean the house -you will only clean your bedroom. You will pay the electricity and gas bills, both, and I will pay the water, council and internet. I will be happy to tell you the places to visit in Spain and you can always ask me when you need information about the city, the public transport... You can pop in and have a look at the house.
