We have rules of coexistence and filtered customers, we only admit serious and responsible people who know how to live with others. We also offer assistance and incident services. Proof of solvency or college tuition is required. We are housing managers, and we have more than 90 rooms in Getafe. As managers, we reserve the right to charge the tenant a SINGLE fee of 350 for your stay in our apartments, this fee is for the services we provide during your stay in our rooms, for maintenance, incidents, emergencies, and cleaning once a week, only of the common areas of the house.
