Window is facing a very quiet street yet right next to all restaurants, bars and shops. Flat is shared with other 7 rooms and it counts with 2 bathrooms and a big kitchen with a co-living area. Room is equipped with a 1.35 cm wide queen-size bed, wardrobe, desk and chair. Bed sheets and towels will be provided. The room counts with heating system for the colder months and all expenses (water, electricity, gas, internet) are included in the rent, with a cleaning service of the common areas once per week A we speak doing some improvements in the room: 1,35 matress will be brand new and adding storage bed, new desk , new lighting and fully painted (walls and windows). bed clothes and towels will be also brand new for the first tenants of 2023
