This spacious room is fully equipped with a double bed and mattress, a two-door wardrobe, a functional study area with a desk and chair. Besides, the place has access to a private balcony. The flat has 4 private rooms, two bathrooms with a shower and toilet in each one, a kitchen and a cosy living-dining room. The common areas of the flat are shared among the tenants. We provide basic kitchen utensils and basic household appliances like a washing machine. 50 for expenses are included in the monthly price (electricity, water and gas, WiFi internet access - shared WiFi).
