1 bedroom shared living/flatmate for rent

Overview

1.- This is a room within a 4-bedroom apartment. The bathroom is private only for you. The apartment has a lot of natural light and is very large (150 m2). 2.- Only girls between 18 and 32 years old are accepted. 3.- Minimum stay: 3 months. 4.- 1 month deposit, refundable at the end of the stay. 5.- Each room has a digital lock. 6.- Weekly cleaning of common parts 7.- A bed set, a blanket and a towel will be provided that the tenant will have to return clean upon departure. Otherwise you will have to pay 50 for laundry. 8.- Cleaning costs are 50 to be paid before entering. 9.- Mandatory to present university registration. Workers are not allowed.
