Luminous room in shared flat, we are next to central park and popular neigborhood of Russafa, probably the best place in the city because nightlife, gastronomy, concerts and and international atmosphere also close to downtown and historical center. Very well communicated next main train station from where you can visit a lot of places in the Valencia's province, also close to L10 metro line direct to "Ciutat de les ciencies" and Sea side ;-) This is a coliving space, you are sharing with flatmates who lives there and this is home of all of you. To guarantee the good atmosphere of coexistence with your flatmates, these points must be made very clear, their acceptance and compliance are necessary to be in the flat, both for you and also for your colleagues who have to comply with them and you can demand their consent. compliance as all have agreed to them in contract.
