It could be rented also for short stays, always in accordance with the LAU regulations as "different use of housing", and rentals for tourist purposes are not allowed. The rent must be for work / personal / family reasons, etc., and the person who rents the property must reside outside of Madrid, and it can never be used as a permanent residence (only as temporary residence). The registration in any government office is not allowed. ** The apartment is designed and furnished with high-end and high-quality elements, decorated by a prestigious international decorator and it is fully equipped down to the last detail. This apartment is located on the first floor of an exclusive building with only one apartment per floor, which guarantees total independence and privacy.
