Final cleaning fee A 125 final cleaning fee must be paid at the time of check-out. For couples: In case the Tenants are a couple, the Welcome Service, which includes management, the second pair of towels, and a second copy of keys, will be increased by 100 (one-time payment) In the event the Tenants are a couple: the rent will be increased by 265/month, including up to 65 of monthly utilities (water, electricity, and gas), weekly supply of toilet and kitchen paper, hand soap, and dish soap for the second person, weekly cleaning of the common areas, maintenance and 24h assistance by a Community Facilitator (monthly payment).
