THE ROOM: This double room for one person or with a partner is ideal because it has great space and brightness. A very comfortable bed (180cm) that can be converted into two single beds. A large work space with tables and two chairs, especially if you are teleworking or studying. And a giant closet to organize all your clothes. The room has central heating, where we assure you will not feel the coldest winter nights. Additionally, it has high speed WiFi that you can even connect with cable directly to your computer if you need it. The bathroom is shared only with Room 4. ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES PRICE POLICY If you arrive: - Between the 1st and 10th days of each month, you will need to pay the entire month. - Between the 11th and the 20th day of each month, we will discount 20% of your rent for the first month. - The 21st or later, you will pay per day. The price per night is 35/single room and 50/2people occupancy. If you leave: - Between the 1st and 9th days of each month, you will pay per day. The price per night is 35/single room and 50/2people occupancy. - Between the 10th and the 19th day of each month, we will discount you 20% of your rent for the last month. - The 20th or later, you will need to pay for the entire month. CHECK-IN POLICY: Here you have all the available check-in options: - Working days Monday to Friday from 09.00h to 19.00h at our Office (Carrer de Puigmartí 35, local 1 Gràcia neighborhood, next to Joanic metro station (L4)) with no charge. - Working days Monday to Friday from 09.00h to 19.00h at your new apartment with a 35 extra fee. - Weekends & Festivity days from 09.00h to 21.00h or Working days from 19.00h to 20.00h directly at your new apartment per 50 extra fee.
