Room in a shared apartment with seven rooms, one of them being a suite with its own private bathroom, public transport at the door of the building and a metro stop a few meters away, to take you to the airport or the beach;). Neighborhood with all services and in the center of the city, from where you can walk to visit the city. DOCUMENTS REQUIRED (please, send them together with your request): - Tenant's Passport/NIE/DNI. -Only for students: Acceptance letter or university enrolment and employment contract along with the last three payslips of your guarantor (must be taxed in a member country of the European Community). - Only for employees: Copy of the employment contract and the last three payslips, which must be equal to or greater than 1,500 per month (or pay the full amount of the stay at the time of check-in). - Only for self-employed individuals: Copy of the company's incorporation document and the last income tax return. If any of these documents cannot be provided, the reservation will be canceled and the tenant will lose the first month's rent. IMPORTANT INFORMATION - Guests not listed in the contract are not allowed to stay overnight. - Stays of three months or less must be paid in advance. - A rental agreement is required to be signed.
