We have over 4 years of experience in the room rental market in the beautiful city of Valencia, Spain. We take pride not only in offering you a central location but also in providing a space that reflects your lifestyle and needs. Our apartment has 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and 1 shared terrace. It is located in one of the best neighborhoods in the city, just 5 minutes walking to Av. Francia and 10 minutes walking from the City of Arts and Sciences, AquaMall, El Corte Inglés, etc. It is very well connected to public transport and the closest and most central bus lines: 92, 4, 19, 94... it is a real gem waiting to be discovered by people like you - young adventurers/students who come to enjoy our beautiful city. We offer a 'ready-to-move-in' room , providing a complete space with all basic (and more) needs covered: double bed, bedding, towels, bathrobe, spacious wardrobes for your belongings, and a study/work area. Contract conditions: The owner provides a weekly cleaning services. Weekly cleaning is mandatory in all apartments. The owner bears the cost of 2 monthly cleanings and the other 2 cleaning are divided among the tenants of the apartment. (Each cleaning is approximately 2 hours = 36, this is divided by the number of tenants). There is also an administrative fee of 80 that is paid ONCE at the time of Move-In. For us, tenant service is our top prioritywe have an automated management system that allows us to provide quick and efficient service through our professional team. If something needs to be repaired, it will be fixed in no time. Don't wait any longer and get in touch with us: we're your home away from home! Please note: The rental price includes utilities up to 60 monthly. If the overall expenditure exceeds said 60/month, the cost difference will be split among the tenants of the apartment Just to clarify our cleaning fees so everything is transparent! The fee you see listed as "Other" is for the regular cleaning of the common areas, a cost we share to keep the apartment nice and tidy for everyone. There is also a one-time final cleaning fee for your room, which you pay when you move in. This way, you don't have to worry about arranging a deep clean when you're ready to move outwe take care of it for you!
