This rental includes all utilities: water, electricity, Wi-Fi, and biweekly cleaning. The apartment features a 20 m² terrace, 10 m² office space, small balcony, in-unit washing machine, AC/heating, dishwasher, oven, and a 55-inch TV. It is beautifully furnished and located in a small vintage building with exceptionally high ceilings. There are only four apartments in the building. The apartment is on the top floor (Level 2) and there is no elevator. Check-in is at 4:00 pm and check-out is at 2:00 pm. Bus line 32 to the city center stops seconds from the flat. The metro and the beach are both a 10-minute walk. Mercadona Supermarket and the local market are just one minute away. If you rent a car, there is free street parking, or a covered underground garage a two-minute walk away that charges a hourly/daily rate. Please be note that there is a Blink front door doorbell camera installed, which must remain on and unobstructed at all times. We are looking for a responsible and clean person or couple, who will enjoy and take care of our place. We will set up a WhatsApp Group with you to stay connected should you have any needs or questions throughout your stay, and also share a neighborhood guide (Restaurants, Bars, etc.)
