The Danube Canal is the border between Leopoldstadt and the Inner City. The nice promenade along the Danube Canal can be reached from the Studio in about 15 minutes. The heart of the district - the Vorgartenmarkt is nearby and offers a variety of fresh bread, fruits, vegetables, meat and fish and nice places for breakfast and lunch. In close vicinity there are some typical Viennese restaurants and around the corner - 2 min from the Studio - is a supermarket. A bus stop is right in front of the building. The U2 stations Messe Prater and Praterstern (exit: Venediger Au ) are about 3 min walk . The U1 station Vorgartenstraße can also be reached on foot in 3 minutes (and provides direct connection to Central Train Station). From Schwedenplatz, UNO City and Praterstern there are direct train or bus connections to the airport. Die kleine aber vollständig ausgestattete Küche wurde vom Tischler angefertigt, verfügt über einen (leisen) Geschirrspüler, ein Cerankochfeld, Dunstabzugshaube, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Teekocher, Espressomaschine, sowie einer Mikrowelle mit Grillfunktion. Besteck, Teller, Gläser, Handtücher, Bettdecke und Kissen, Bettbezug uvm. sind ebenso vorhanden, es sollte nichts wesentliches fehlen. In der Wohnung ist weiters eine HIFI-Anlage und großer Flatscreen (inkl 80 TV Kanälen und einem Fire-Tiv-Stick) vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist perfekt für 1 Person oder gerne auch ein Pärchen (Zuschlag von EUR 100 pro Monat)! Ich bin sicher Ihr fühlt euch wie ich in der Wohnung sehr wohl. This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment has a 60 m² footprint on Rotenhofgasse in Favoriten. The kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher, oven and microwave and there is a sofa and TV in the living room. If you're looking for a place to get some exercise the Erholungsgebiet Wienerberg recreaction center is within a half-hour bus ride. You can stop at one of the bars or restaurants on the way home for a great meal too.<br /><br />
