Meine Wohnung verfügt über eine Fußbodenheizung mit Eichenparkettboden und das Bad ist verfließt. Wie in Wiener Altbauten üblich hat die Wohnung sehr große Fenster und eine Raumhöhe von knapp 3 Meter. Wichtig, alle Fenster gehen Richtung der Innenhöfe, somit super ruhig (keinerlei Verkehrslärm oder Gastgarten, Fußgängerzone etc). Die kleine aber vollständig ausgestattete Küche wurde vom Tischler angefertigt, verfügt über einen (leisen) Geschirrspüler, ein Cerankochfeld, Dunstabzugshaube, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Teekocher, Espressomaschine, sowie einer Mikrowelle mit Grillfunktion. Besteck, Teller, Gläser, Handtücher, Bettdecke und Kissen, Bettbezug uvm. sind ebenso vorhanden, es sollte nichts wesentliches fehlen.
