The public connection is excellent, in about 15 to 20 minutes you are quickly in the center. Around the corner of the apartment there is a supermarket, a coffee house and a huge playground. The accommodation consists of a courtyard-side sleeping cabinet with a large double bed, a spacious street-side living room in which a comfortable pull-out couch offers another sleeping space for 2 people, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom and separate toilet. The apartment is on the ground floor, but not visible, because all street-side windows have a privacy screen. Your security is also taken care of, since lockable burglar alarms are attached to all windows. The house in which the apartment is located is currently being completely renovated, so construction work is not out of the question, but should not affect the comfort in the accommodation itself. In terms of technical equipment, we offer our guests free WiFi, a new 55-inch flat screen streaming screen and a charging station for smartphones and the like.
