The 3rd bedroom has a "pull out" bed and can be either used as single or double bed. The living room has a bed couch too. The living room with open kitchen is the perfect place for gathering together. It also has a special balcony window, so you have the feeling of a small balcony. All rooms are very quiet. The master bedroom, bathroom and living room are facing the beautiful garden (with lots of flowers) and the 2 other bedrooms are facing a very quiet side street (one way street). The kitchen is fully equipped with all devices and essentials you need. The highlight are the cooking island with attached dining table which can be also used as bar. The building and the garden is very well maintained and we look for quiet and nice tenants as everybody knows each other in this builiding.
