There are two large bedrooms with a double bed each. Closets, a desk, and shelves to store your things. In the living room, you will find a relaxing sofa (which turns into a double bed) and a flat TV. A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need (Nespresso/oven/microwave/dishwasher). You will enjoy having your complimentary coffee during your stay. The whole apartment is fully air-conditioned and there is also a boiler to provide you with hot water 24/7. Of course, the beds are already made-up, with freshly ironed sheets from top-quality brands. Furthermore, there are clean towels for every single of you. The entire property has free Wi-Fi! Syggrou Fix is the closest Metro station and the bus station is 100 meters away. Please keep in mind that electricity costs are not included in the monthly rent price. Guests are liable for any electricity costs above the sum of 50 euros (estimation). For bookings of more than 3 months: the deposit is based on a different agreement.
