Two doors and three large windows open into the building's patio, traditionally situated in the center of a house, which you can access at any time. The marble trough sink and the small tables on the patio create a Cycladic feel. This apartment features three rooms and one bathroom. In the cool living room dining area you will enjoy sitting on the comfortable modern sofa and at the table by the window. The bedroom with the double bed has been lovingly put together to create a relaxing atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom has been fully renovated & refurbished. All outdoor spaces are communal and are to be enjoyed by all guests. THE DECORATION You'll enjoy the simple and ingenious décor and the relaxing atmosphere of the rooms in this apartment. You are at the heart of Athens: just below the National Observatory, 2 minutes away from Thiseio tube station, and a 7-minute walk to Kerameikos tube station, just by Apostolou Pavlou pedestrian path. Please contact us in writing form (we may have a great idea too). - Quiet hours are from 15:00 to 17:.30 and from 22:00 to 07.30 every day of the year (state law). - Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartments, even close to an open window. You may smoke only by going outside of the apartment, on your private or shared terrace. - Security deposit for the high season May - October is 1000 euros.
