Bathroom comes with bathtub and washing machine, toilet is in a separate room. Perfect for students, digital nomads or couples. Location: The apartment is located in Corvin center at the promanade, right next to the Corvin shopping mall. There are several great restaurants, coffee shops, a Lidl and a Rossmann in the same street, literally less than 1 minute walk from the apartment. The Corvin mall has several more options for shopping and eating. Metro line M3 station and tram 4-6 station are 5 minutes away on foot. Important information: Utilities are included in the rent prices up to the average consumption defined by the Hungarian Law which is 144 m3 gas and 210 kWh electricity per month. The tenant shall pay the cost of the extra consumption based on the reading of gas meter and electricity meter. For less than 2 months of rental, we do not request a security deposit. If you rent for 2 months or more we require a 1000EUR security deposit which must be paid upon arrival. Please note that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform.
