MRG (i.d.g.F.) eine Vollausnahme darstellen handelt es sich bei den monatlichen Kosten um ein Benützungsentgeld - nicht aber um eine Miete. Ein Vertrag ist immer nur für mindestens 1 ganzen Kalendermonat möglich und beginnt immer mit dem jeweils Monats ersten. Check in: Mo-Do 10:00 und 16:00 Uhr und Fr. von 10:00 bis 13:00 Uhr. In the heart of Vienna's 9th district, all universities and the city center can be easily reached. The Porzellangasse offers with its diverse shopping possibilities everything you need for your daily life. The tram line D, the U4 station Rossauer Lände as well as the Franz-Joseph-Bahnhof can be reached within a few minutes by foot and form an excellent infrastructure. The room is completely furnished: - Twin bed - Desk - Wardrobe - Shelves - Washing facilities The House: - Study room - TV room - Games Room - Sports room - Washer / Dryer - Music room - Library - Chill Out Area - Beautiful garden with barbecue - WiFi throughout the house and garden (half year ticket 30,-) We offer special laundry rooms with several machines depending on the location. These might have an extra cost for usage. For more information please just write us a message. Note: Since the use, - and / or guest contracts concluded with dormitories (according to Austrian StudHG idgF) constitute a full exception according to §1.2 of the Austrian MRG (idgF), the monthly costs are a usage fee - not however a rent. A contract is only possible for at least 1 whole calendar month and always starts with the first month of each month. Check in: Mo-Th 10am till 4pm and Fr 10am to 1pm.
